There aren't enough good things to say about my experience with this firm. Stephen Epacs was recommended to me through a friend of a friend and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Stephen was great at communicating, he always answered my calls or responded to me emails quickly and professionally. He took his time to always walk me through all my options and to answer my many questions. My case was quite bizarre. The tenants staying in my home were basically squatters who claimed to have purchased my home from someone who forfeited a land contract with myself. They attempted to pull every trick in the book and find any loophole to scam me and the system. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable about both the law, and my case specifically. He researched my history with the property and knew it inside and out without having discussed it with me. He really did his homework and I was beyond impressed at how well he was able to set the record straight when the defendants made inaccurate claims. He advocated for me at every turn and did an amazing job making arguments to the judge whenever they tried to pull another stall tactic. In the end he got the eviction I needed and allowed me to have possession of my home again. I highly recommend him!
