To even speak to a lawyer, you are charged $175/hour and up. It doesn't matter if the information is helpful or informative. You still have to pay the hourly rate. Where's the accountability in that? When we told this particular lawyer his advice was not helpful or informative, he simply responded, "Anyone else would have giving you the same advice." Now, I'm not a lawyer, so I can't say whether this is true or not. However, as a customer, shouldn't I have received a better explanation? Shouldn't the lawyer have at least tried to make me feel at ease and prove the time spent was worth the money? In most service and product industries, you can usually get a refund, discount or some type of "let me make it up to you" for bad services and/or products. Yet this lawyer chose to do nothing. I guess I'm just disappointed how I was handled as a customer. Maybe your experience will be different (that's why I won't mention the lawyer by name, and why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1), but I would not recommend a Law Firm who does not value Customer Relations.

McKenna McCausland & Murphy, P.A. is a fantastic firm as they are always thorough and professional. They are quick to follow-up on questions and needed paperwork. If one of them is not available someone else will jump in to assist with my questions/concerns. Everyone is thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. I believe anyone who seeks this firm for legal assistance will find the top notch, professional assistance.
