Retained and hired Mr. McKinney to help when my dad was falsely accused of something and he helped us get through the motions and at the end of it all my dad was vindicated. You hire the best lawyer in town and you get the best results!
Zealand represented me in a child custody case and I was highly satisfied. He was very good with explaining everything to me. Always answered my questioned and returned all phone calls. I'm very thankful to have him as my lawyer and if ever needed I will definitely use him in the future. I will also highly recommend this law firm
Zealand handle my Lawsuit against Pinkerton Homebuilders and did a great job His fees may be high but you get what you pay for. I would refer all my legal work to his Office
Amazing attorneys, they worked our case well. They are professional and personable. They are worth the price. We are very happy with how they worked our case for us. They are who we will always go to. Nice office, friendly staff, hard workers. If you need a lawyer....go to them!
This elder incompetent lawyer, Zeyland, has caused my family a lot of heartbreak. From asking for a continuance (yet again) without our permission - and we'd driven over 300 miles to attend court only to find out the night before he had done so. He represented us in a lawsuit with Duke Energy and dragged us to mediation less than a week after my dad's unexpected death. He admitted that he was depending on Robert - my paternal hero - to win the case. (Huh? But isn't that what YOU are for - you're the "lawyer" after all.) Then after we reluctantly and tearfully agreed to the hastily composed settlement, he promised us he would give utmost priority to a related case. He didn't. After 2 years with no action on Zeyland's part, we had to hire a new one and spent extra funds so the new lawyer could familiarize himself with the case. We've (including my parents, who were the main defendants) repeatedly discussed how we should have fired Zeyland earlier but kept him around because he was so versed in the complexities of the lawsuit. Big mistake and we'll always regret it. We still talk about this elder's incompetence 13 years later.
