Mclain & Associates, LLC

This guy moonlights as the Marion County attorney. He has been taking a paycheck for the past 6 months but refuses to do any work for the county. He is still working on 2021. 2 years behind. If his private practice is anything like this I could assume he is a terrible attorney.

I have not used this law firm for legal work, but have I had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck Mclain. I was selling him an airplane and it didn't pan out, but I tell you ; this is a rare man. Old school do what I say ethics. His integrity and honesty is exactly what I would be looking for if I were hiring an attorney. Chuck Mclain is a good man and a man I admire.
