I have submitted a five issue complaint to PSC regarding several disputes with PEPCO. Only one complaint was so called resolved upon PSC receiving a random computer generated document regarding the one dispute. This case was closed without any further investigation into the one complaint. The other outstanding issues were not even considered. I contend that PSC is focused on returning easy resolutions in favor of the company simply because the consumer has no other recourse. PSC is supposed to thoroughly investigate any consumer complaint and not totally accept the company response without any further action. PSC does not DO THEIR JOB. I am very disappointed with the actions of this agency. No matter the determination of disputes, I feel that I at least have the right for the courtesy of an adequate response to the issues concerned. NO STARS.

If I could give a zero star I would! They work for BGE not the consumer!!!

I called twice and the first call was rushed so i didnt get to say what i really needed to say...the second call they tried to rush me off the phone and i refused it! You CAN NOT say your here to help the ppl and make personal assumptions and you give these rehearsed lines and not even an ear to hear the actual problem. I could have been addressed better the first time. Never the less I DO appreciate the help when the lady FINALLY listened. Thank you!

Here are my BGE bills for my modest 1 bedroom apartment for 1 year:n$88n$94n$91n$97n$98n$104n$106n$108n$99n$260n$96n$89nMPSC looked into it and said nothing is out of the ordinary. It's normal for your bill to shoot up 300% out of the blue. They sent me a huge document basically stating that BGE is a good company and they are on the up and up. Yikes. The regulatory Commission convincing me BGE isn't robbing me, while BGE robs me.

I completely agree with Cayman West! They have no interest in public, they are just there to ruin the public and to make all their laws unfair and unethical! Need a new management to get things done and to support the public. They are named public service but they have no interest in public at all, they are just there for their money and to get bribe from rich so they can make the higher authorities sign the paperwork so rich can get what they want. Rich people actually make the law and public service gets the money to change the laws. Wish i could give a zero star!
