In the last week we’ve had 3 appointments cancelled and 2 rescheduled with a different attorney each time. We were called just as we were leaving for our 2nd appointment to cancel it and reschedule, obviously short notice. Today we showed up for our appointment we were greeted and taken to a meeting room. Fifteen minutes later a man came in with our file, identified himself as the office administrator read the brief information in our file and proceeded to inform us that the office was closing. He said a decision had been made in the last 48-72 hours to close the business. If that had been the case common courtesy would have been to call us before we drove 25 minutes to an appointment they knew they weren’t going to keep. In my over 50 adult years I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy.
