After interviewing and /or hiring or firing 4 lawyers I was discouraged I'd ever get my divorce finalized. My journey started 3 years ago. From my initial conversation with Charlotte I felt optimism. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. My experience with this law firm was anything but good. After the free consultation (which I liked the in processing attorney) I paid the retainer and quicky got with a team. Quickly I fired this team because they were not listening to me. One of the senior partners reconnected me to another team which better suited me. I felt like I was another number and all they cared about was running up the bill. Now after the divorce I asked for additional consultation and all they wanted was another retainer paid after delaying 30 days with nothing to show for it.
I cannot possibly explain how happy I am with my choice to have Charlotte Ruble and Lauren Devine help me with my recent family law case. I think even they would agree, it was very unusual and unnecessarily antagonistic. Charlotte and Lauren were extremely responsive to me and my litany of questions. Most importantly though, I felt as though they were invested. That they truly cared about me and what was best for me and my son. That made it so easy to trust them through this long and difficult process. Again, I can’t say enough good things about both of them and the entire team that worked with them. Even their paralegal felt invested in my case...like I wasn’t just another case. I’m so grateful to everyone there and all they did for me.
