I previously had another law firm handle my roof claim after the insurance company refused to pay and then folded. The company couldn’t resolve the issue which went to FIGA. So a friend referred Merlin group to handle the issue. They were very professional and kept me updated even though, at times, there was no progress to discuss. Through their persistence and constant contact with FIGA, the issue finally got resolved AFTER almost 2 years!! Hopefully this won’t happen again, but if it does, I’ll reach back out to them.

Merlin Law group was a savior for our church after Hurricane Michael. Our attorney was genuinely interested in helping us be made whole. They handled our case against an insurance company that would not pay for property damages, though our insurance policy should have paid for the damages. The insurance company thought we would just give up on making them honor their contract to cover the damages. Unfortunately for the insurance company, but fortunately for our non-profit agency, we learned about Merlin Law and Merlin represented us magnificently in this situation. Merlin Law literally was answered prayer for our non-profit agency for the help we needed to battle the "insurance giant". Merlin Law was very professional, had our best interests at heart, worked very diligently to resolve the case on our behalf, and secured a judgment against the insurance company that is allowing us to repair the damages to our building as we speak. I used Merlin Law Group to manage the arbitration process with State Farm regarding a roof replacement. Christina and the entire team were extremely responsive from start to finish. We might have been able to represent ourselves but were way too busy to produce the professional documentation that satisfies the system most effectively. I feel we really lucked out with this professional group of people that never missed a beat. Ultimately, the arbitration was a really long process that worked very similarly to a court hearing and we brought the roofing company (Cedar Roofing) in as well as an "expert". The whole process took months but I really felt prepared during the arbitration, which took place at Merlin using a video conference platform. The fees are based on the amount the award is increased and I never felt as if they weren't justified. Thank you to Merlin for your help and hope I never need it again but if I do, I know exactly where I'd go. Steve
