Office admissitrator is very arrogant and blaintly states there is no one but her you can talk to to lodge a complaint on her. This office also blantly has not fufilled there contract with me. You Would think the last thing a law firm would do is a breach of contract. Do not use them call someone else they are the worst firm in the state of NC. Add on: You were contracted to review a contract you had three days per aggreement to comply two weeks later I Stoped payment do to your firm not holding up your end of the deal. That simple I hired you to do a task you refused to do it in the contracted time so you did not get paid. Obviously when i had to pay another firm. Do not act salty as if you should be permitted to not do your job and still recieve payment you are a sorry excuse for a law firm, and you have refused to let me talk to your suppieor so next stop BBB.

I was assigned to this firm via Legal Shield and I thought I was retaining a new lawyer after dealing with the apathy of my court appointed one. I was telling her I needed restricted driving privileges at the very least and all she too me was "too bad, so sad" the DMV takes my driving privileges for four years no exceptions. I don't have public transportation in my area and my car's not fully paid off. How am I supposed to get to work? Why was it just a consultation for a lawyer who reads off a script not someone I'm retaining? ????

I'm paying Legal Shield monthly to have them on retainer. I've spoken to a Caucasian gentleman and an **African American woman on different months regarding legal matters, and each time they spoke to me it seemed very quick, brief and rushed. I asked specifically about an uncontested divorce and was told it wasn't covered. I then reached out to Legal Shield and it was. I'm not sure if the attorneys seem short, quick, brief and rude because I'm not paying them directly or if they're like this because I'm paying Legal Shield and they don't value me as a high paying client. However, it's no coincidence thar I had an identical experience with them. **Robyn

I am in reading the reviews. I am a Legal Shield Associate at this time. I am waiting to post a review because I am waiting on effective legal representation. After reading some of the reviews, I am confused about the personal injury case. Someone reviewing your medical bills and providing assistance with the settlement posed a question about my experience. Consequently, I was informed to get a separate personal injury attorney concerning this matter. It was also put in writing by the attorney. I also requested today for all the information to be reviewed due to having different attorneys over the phone. I find it imperative for everyone to know about the case before giving advice. Based on my integrity of referring clients, I need know the facts before posting a review. I hope this matter will be resolved soon through legal representation. Write now I am at 3 stars to remain neutral. I will repost later on with my experience. It should be soon in June 2021.

This Law Firm is really Awesome. I had a call with attorney James Ruanne. He is a very kind man and had some helpful advice for my situation. I really like the lawyers here at Merritt Webb they have been really helpful to me. Tomi and Isaac are excellent. Thank you all!
