Have only been for events, bowling and food. All top notch, although it would be better if they offered more snack choices for the grand theater concerts or allowed us to order food from an in house restaurant and bring it in. We got off work and went straight to the Mavericks concert with no time to get dinner. Only thing that was relatively safe for us to have was some sour cream and onion chips. We hit the Cafe after the concert for some tasty burgers.

The GSR is easily one of the best casinos in Reno! With a wide variety of activities, from gaming to entertainment, it truly has something for everyone. The casino floor is spacious, lively, and offers plenty of options for table games and slots, making it a great place to spend an evening. What really stands out for me is the dining experience. Charlie Palmer Steakhouse is my absolute favorite—a must-visit for anyone who loves a perfectly cooked steak paired with excellent service and a sophisticated atmosphere. The flavors are consistently top-notch, and the attention to detail makes every meal special. The buffet is also worth mentioning. There’s a good selection of dishes, and the quality is impressive for a buffet setting. Whether you’re looking for comfort food or something a little more adventurous, you’ll find plenty to enjoy. The only reason I’m giving GSR four stars instead of five is because, on busy nights, it can get a bit crowded, and the wait times for restaurants can be a little long. But overall, it’s a fantastic destination for both locals and visitors. Highly recommended!

My small family & I (infant and fiance) had a great stay at GSR. It was my first time in NV and they helped make it a great visit! The pool was closed for the season (didn't do my research), but infinity pool was open. The security told us it was heated 86 degrees but when we stepped in it, it was very chilly. No bigee. I was a bit nervous because of the reviews stating how dirty it is, but we found our room to be pretty clean upon arrival. I did notice under the nightstands that there was a toy that didn't belong to us and some dust, clearly they didn't clean there. But it wasn't a huge deal to us. Staff was very nice! Overall it was a great stay!!

Went to Reno for my bfs bday. Check in was easy enough on the kiosk. As soon as we got into our room it smelled like stale cigarettes and the room wasn’t cleaned very well I will attach photos. We ended up eating at grand cafe and their dinner wasn’t very good. We were very disappointed in our stay. The casino was cool bowling half of the lanes were under construction but the price was great. didn’t end up doing any of the other activities. Starbucks was a plus for morning coffee . I definitely had higher expectations. Also most other casinos at least give you $5 free play when you first start up this casino doesn’t. Probably won’t ever go back. I’m not a complainer but I will definitely explain my experience

We Loved The Grand Theater! We were therefore Christopher Cross!!! Great Place to see a show, I'm not sure how many times Diana said she "Loved The Seats!"....Amazing Night, Unbelievable Concert! Great Crowd, at a ????? Resort. I'm look forward to seeing another show there Very soon. I much Appreciated the Host when we first walked in he helped us with our tickets very helpful, I Thank you!
