Thank-you! Meyer Njus Tankick's attorney Jeanine Hill has been fantastic to work with. Whether it's been for personal or business she's always been very responsive and professional. Not only have I had great service from Jeanine, but have also referred several people and they have given positive feedback about their experiences also! Will definitely continue to use Mrs. Hill when the need arises!

My sister had an account with this company and when she called to clarify her account information she put the phone on speaker . Myself and my father got a chance to listen to how “clients” are being spoken to on a daily basis here. Not very professional or inviting . As a company you should aim to practice better manners first and foremost especially when handling clients and their personal information. As for the “owner” who is leaving google replies ; you’re trying to say you don’t have a client with this or that name as a way of trying to invalidate these people with genuine concerns . Quit trying to distract people from the truth and just do a better job at gaining control over your staff. Every company makes mistakes you just need to take the criticism and learn from it. The reality is that your associates in general are doing a bad job at even the basics like greeting a person who is calling . The call took way too long and it was very unbelievable to me that my sister was allowed to be disrespected by these people who are supposed to be providing help.

AWFUL , AWFUL , AWFUL ! I had an account with them because the original person who sold them my personal information made a mistake and didn’t process a payment properly . First and foremost , Cindy in the front office is the first voice you will hear ( she is SO bothered by the fact that you’re even calling ) she has the worlds most bland, unenthusiastic voice of all time . Then you get transferred to reps like Jasmine who will repeat the same thing over and over again and never answer your question and every time she has no clue of what’s going on ( every time you ask her anything ) she will place you on a “brief” 6-8 minute hold . For example ; she was keep saying she shows a balance of $1,000 even though you told her 3 times you paid the $1,000 last week and then after EIGHT MINUTES she was finally take you off hold just to say she sees the payment amount in the notes ???? . Then we move on to “leads” like Jenny Perez or Lawyers like Attorney Steven Linder — totally useless , unprofessional and disrespectful you ask them one question and they have smart remarks or they tell you and I quote “ I Won’t do this ... I can but I’m not going to .” Lastly they allow people to process payments like their one of TWO supervisors ( Ruby — who is now fired ) or Frank ( who is NEVER available to speak ) and then they tell you they cannot send you a paper as proof that you paid them unless you call them back in 2–3 weeks . In which at that time they will see the person you spoke to isn’t there , was never there or is unavailable . Useless law firm and they run scams and sell your personal information to other companies DO NOT give them your information . Thank me later . If you don’t believe me call them and see who answers .

In the beginning i thought I had made a good choice when retaining one of the attorneys to represent and advocate for me in my divorce. But after over 2 months I learned that the only thing Jeanine Hill had done was submit a certificate of representation and collect a crazy amount of my money for ridiculous texts and emails that didnt resolve a thing! After sharing the lack of work that was done on my case I sent her a text with my expectations and what I needed her to do for me starting the next day as too much time was wasted. She sent me a text within a couple of minutes and told me that she was quitting my case and that suddenly she didnt have enough time. An attorney quitting after you question what theyve been doing with their time and why they're billing you for certain things? Yes. She is that unprofessional and couldnt answer as to why she didnt do a thing on my case. She refused to answer any of my phone calls and would proceed to tell me to take my answer and counter petition to another attorney for finishing. Yes, that's right. After 2.5 months my answer and counter petition still wasnt even done! Infact, I spent 2 hours working on it myself and I found out that all they use is a template and enter everything in from there. I have emails over the 2 months where she said numerous times she was working on my A&CP yet it was still never submitted to the courts. All this talk but no action. She didn't even give me a plan of action or defend me when the other attorney was borderline insulting and insinuating. When I'd question her about it she'd say, "I'll shut it down next time" and then it would happen again she'd come back with, "none of his opinions or what he says matters" she also told me that she spent hours drafting up a dignified yet authoritative response to the opposing attorney but decided not to send it. How does that even make sense? Whats the point of spending "several hours" drafting a response if you're not going to send it? This shows her lack of advocacy for her clients. With her ridiculous large retainer fee she asked upfront youd think she would have done the work. I wasnt paying her to facilitate. She wasted so much of my time! The next morning after she told me she was going to quit I had my dad call the senior attorney and partner and raise great concern. I called shortly after and let the man know exactly what had happened or lack thereof and asked for a refund and expressed to him how upset I was over this whole thing. I drove to the firm that day and he handed me my file (that i spent months preparing myself and putting in chronological order), apologized on the firms behalf and gave me refund. I thanked him and told him that it's good customer service on his part but asked that she be held accountable for wasting my time and money. All in all, stay clear of this attorney. You will learn quickly that she talks about doing things but never does them. Check your bills and question unnecessary costs.
