Nice people, very nice office, polite employees, but attention to detail was lacking. We had several hiccups during our real estate purchase where we had to go behind employees to correct issues, or had to contact them multiple times to get our issues resolved. We did not feel like anyone took the time to understand our specific situation, and we were just put through a cookie-cutter process. The people there are nice, but they need to work on attention to detail and customer follow-up.
I could not disagree more with K Pastmani. I felt I had exceptional service. When I had questions about anything I was given answers in terms I can relate to and not a lot of legalese! When we showed up for our closing, Joe had already been through every word of every document and I felt very comfortable signing. The staff in this firm are all friendly and welcoming and helpful. I would not think of using any other law firm. You must be able to trust your lawyers!
This is the worst firm I have dealt with. Even though you pay them a lot for closing your new and very expensive home, they treat you as though you are worth nothing. If you ask few questions about signing documents on your new home they ask you whether you want to close or not. They will send you out of the office as soon as you sign the documents. They assign only 2 hours for your appointment and you have to read and sign 100s of documents on the spot. In short, disrespectful and unpleasant.
I am a realtor and I have to say, Joe does a fine job! Always smooth closing for our clients!!
