I would like to personally thank Albert Alvarez and the entire Cintron Law Firm team who were involved in handling my case. I was charged with DUI, reckless driving, assault by auto and endangering the welfare of a child, which are felonies. It was a long process. But in the end, they were able to get all my charges dropped. The final outcome was just pay a fine which I gladly accepted. No Stars. He cannot do anything but believe in what the police reports say. No difference from free pro bono attorneys. His legal philosophies include; * The party who has more witnesses wins, even though there is no scientific proof available about what they say (in other words, the court believes whatever they say) * On the other hand, he does not believe what his CLIENT says, somehow * The police can arrest people without any legal backup (did he ever study laws??) I fired him as apparently, nobody wants to waste time and money.  Free pro bono would do even better work. Pay attention to his assistant (Office Manager with no bar admission.) She acts like an attorney on behalf of him. Then Cintron blamed me not trusting her. (BTW, there are so many disagreements about what each said) Ask for their bar admission numbers. They are hesitant to disclose. No REAL attorneys behave like that.

I had 2 previous car accident cases with this Law Firm and although there was a rough start to our relationship, Mark Cintron made sure he personally reached out to me to rectify and complete my cases to full satisfaction. I understand sometimes things happen and as long as I am kept informed and we are able to find a solution I am happy. I would definitely 100% recommend this law firm to everybody.

Excellent representation. Everything else aside, I called multiple law firms. One said that some one would call me back and never did. The others I left messages and a couple just didn’t want to get involved. This firm I called and the secretary said you need the attorney that handles this , he will contact you tomorrow when he gets in. Sure enough he called the following day. We talked about the case for a good 30 minutes. At the end of the call I had no doubts about giving them my money. Very knowledgeable and confident in his job. At that moment the weight was lifted off my shoulders. Everything they said they were going to do they did. (With out going into great detail) they got me a dismissal from the other side.
