If I could leave zero stars I would. The woman who answers the phone is nasty as all hell and is NOT an attorney yet refuses to let you speak to anyone else. They don’t respond to emails either so don’t bother with that. And when you ask for a call back from this elusive Michael Harrison (probably doesn’t exist) to give you a call back and it never happens. Submitted a complaint to the BAR, good luck. ????????

Same issue as everyone else it seems. My husband’s lawyer caught this before we even got the bill, because it was an attempt to lower our credit. I tried to find the contact information for the primarius pathology company listed, but I cannot find anything online. There’s no date of service, so I checked EOBs and gave it my best guess what date and service it supposedly was and called that company, and it wasn’t the same company. I then called MH, the woman gave me five fake dates of service (not dates we sought treatment, had any pathology work, NOR did we EVER receive any bills from our doctor’s office). She gave my husband’s pcp name as well, but I know for a fact this is not the collections company they use. When I asked her to explain who the pathology service was, she interrupted me and began to yell, then hung up on me. So yeah, it’s being dealt with by my lawyer because it’s obviously fraud.

Unbelievably rude staff, sent me a collections for a medical bill to a place of service I had never been a patient of. I have dealt with other creditors that were pleasant. I will be contacting the medical billing company and telling them they should find another service. These guys should be out of business.
