The guy lacks any sense of ethics, but that doesn't work in your favor because the judges see right through him. He comes unprepared to court to force continuance. He will just drive up your costs. He is just an awful human being!

Never returned my call. He might be too busy or missed it, but still poor practice, considering he was highly recommended by a family friend.

This is my opinion only. He is very unethical and his sole objective is to drive fees and billables for both parties. He should retire!
