If you are searching for an attorney, you are most likely already experiencing some stress. Save yourself even more pain and money and DO NOT use this attorney. The indifference this man displayed to personal family court matters was appalling. When we tried to discuss our concerns with him, he was hoping we would cut him loose, since he had already received so much of our money and it would be an easy out. Luckily, we were able to settle with the other party involved in the case, with no help of Mr. Goldberg. Out of the entire court experience (which is always stressful), he was the worst part of the whole thing! He's tired of his job and it shows.

He has you come in pay consultation fee and then treats you like the one that was wrong. Keeps your money and tells you he is too expensive and can’t handle your case. $250.00 for nothing but to feel worse than when you got there. Recommended by the Bar Association. He needs to retire.

It took me a couple years to write this. I used Mr. Goldberg for my divorce, and he didn't not feel it was necessary to tell me that the opposing counsel was representing his daughter in her divorce case. I understand that lawyers need to get paid for their work, however after letting him go and asking for my notes - I realized that he did nothing other than appear with me in court. It was all about the money - sad that this happens to people when you put trust it them.

The absolute worst lawyer you could have …. DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!!

This is my personal opinion of my experience with this individual. Goldberg was the court assigned legal guardian of my children during my 2 custody battles over a 3+ year span. During that time, in my opinion, he spent about 15 minutes with my children in total, then demeaned them to the court, referring to them as out of control, not behaving, ruling the household and then further accused me of numerous behaviors on my part to keep my children away from their mother. My children did not want to live with my ex-wife for many reasons, including abusive behaviors by her towards my children. However, he sided with my ex-wife, with whom, at one point, he had meetings with, yet not notifying me or my attorney about these meetings. When confronted by my attorney about these questionable meetings, he became angry and belligerent towards me, demeaning me in private, seeming to take it out on my custody case, with no regard to my children. Fortunately for my children, a very extensive and competent forensic evaluation was performed which revealed the truth. Goldberg's and my ex-wife's opinions were completely negated. My ex-wife was evaluated to be a liar and delusional, yet he sided with her. My children are now in my custody. Shameful to put my children through all of that, especially when he is supposed to be their law guardian. He certainly had no problem demanding money from me every step of the way, the first time. Fortunately for my children, justice prevailed. If you need more info, read the rip off report about him.
