Mike is by far the best attorney I ever had. I had him in 2006 and he literally save my life and college football and basketball career. He is the reason why I have a masters agree in criminal justice and pursuing a PhD. He did a stupendous job defending me as a client and I recommended him to several individuals who ever had to go through court proceedings. He is like the Lincoln lawyer and Madlock mixed.

Gave me hope when I thought the system was being unjustified. He was so calm, cool and collective. Asked me in the beginning y don't I smile. Then said when I win your case can I have a smile. That's just what I gave him... A big ???? with tears of Joy and gratitude. Thanks Mike????

Rude, wouldn't even make 1 phone call to hear my fiancée, without $10,000.00 retainer up front. I was willing to pay him for his time, to at least consult over phone. Not without $10,000.00

Mike is the best. He hates to lose and he is the first person I would call if I were in a jam. Bottom line: When you hire Michael Diamondstein you can be confident that even with the worst of circumstances he will not stop short of getting you the best result possible.

Website says he’s the best of the best but I certainly do not agree, feel Mr. Diamondstein didn’t act in good faith in interns of being a lawyer how could you take a case that had nothing to do with the reason my brother was incarcerated. It really wasn’t about the money but more so the integrity and honesty of the situation. Still considering reporting this firm to the Bar.
