I submitted a case in December and they have never followed up. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls but they never follow up with any info. It's starting to seem sketchy

I really enjoyed working with Chris Baum. As we were having some legal issues with the business, he did everything very professional, very responsive, and overall did a great job working with us and for us! This company helped me before with a business matter, and were successful in their efforts in advocating on my behalf. However, that was two years ago. I have return for another business matter, and this time around the customer service is not up to speed on how calls and cases should be handled. I never ran into this type of issue with them before, I believe there are new people working here, and they are not doing their job properly to ensure accuracy of documents and case analysis. This above reference is to the paralegals and or customer service reps. Once you speak with the attorney, in which I have done currently and in the past, their morale is much more ethical and professional. Please ensure that Customer Service is top priority when overseeing a business.
