Michael Martin & Associates

DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! I hired Michael Martin after my car accident. At 1st things seemed fine then after a phone conference with him and the insurance company Michael Martin refused to return my calls to even let me know what was going on with my case. I tried to contact him for 8 months without one returned call to me by him or anyone at his office. He also lost most of the medical bills and information that I sent him and what he did have has still not been returned to me. When I contacted the WV BAR, the woman one the phone laughed and said you are on of the many complaining about Mr. Martin!

there is no rating. he is no longer with the wv bar. I had to give it a 1 star to publish. he is a liar & a thief, whatever legal ramifications comes his way he deserves. he stole 4700.00 out of a 5000.00 medpay check & NOT one medical bill was paid.
