He personally went to city hall code enforcement and told them that I made false accusations about bugs and mold in my property I’m renting so they wouldn’t help me i Have 2 kids living in this house and he threaten to kick us out by superior court judge 2 little kids have live in these conditions because of crooks like mr mosca what a shame ventnor city has employed this bum taken advantage of the system for personal gain .

He held himself very unprofessional, rude & arrogant when we were conversing. I was not comfortable with how he delivered the Information to me & my friend. It was unpleasant and I hope in the future or to others he engages with, he handles himself & delivers his message with more comfort & much differently.
