My wife and I have used the Law offices of Michael Reinhardt for 4 home closings, 2 real estate sales and 2 purchases. Michael and Jon were extremely helpful and addressed all our closing needs. They are on top of all the latest real estate laws and prepared and received our closing contracts so that they were fair and reasonable. They are prompt when it came time for the closing and remained amicable with mortgage lenders and the counterparties lawyers. My whole family just recently utilized their law office for a transfer of deed for our parents. This was also done successfully and our parents were treated with great respect. The office staff is very attentive. We highly recommend their law offices.

I was selling an apt and the buyer used this attorney. An offering plan was sent to their office by mail from my attorney. Their client passed away so the deal was unable to be completed. They refused to mail back the offering plan and told my attorney that someone had to pick it up. When someone was finally available to drive from the Bronx to Brooklyn Abby and Lisa in the office of Michael Reinhardt said they no longer had the paperwork. So basically they threw it away. I can't believe such a terrible way to conduct business and not taking the time to just mail it. The excuse I got was "it didn't fit in the packaging" are you kidding me??? and "I don't know what happened to it?" It was a large binder there is no way it was misplaced. The office has no care for anyone other than themeselves. Surprised the people in the office are still employed and the attorney is still receiving clients.

I closed on a legal 2 family house which was fully occupied with 3 apts. With this being my first time purchasing a property with tenants in the basement this office never advised me on the possible issues that could arise with New York City code enforcement unit. I had a vacate order in the basement had to pay for an architect/permits/contractor to clear the violations. Then got hit with a large civil penalty. When I reached out 9 mths later just to ask why they didn't advise of all this (not looking for anythg but an explanation) the lawyer told multiple lies then I provided emails as proof and he still told lies and didn't provide any proof. Do not work with this office if you want good advice and proper representation!!!

Best realty lawyer in Brooklyn. Helped us when we both bought & 22 years later sold our house. Extreme professionalism by all in the office.
