From the first call, this team has been impeccable. Mike is outstanding, he really goes out of his way to advise and direct us and our business anytime we need him. Sends incompetent demand letter when his client is obviously in the wrong. Unable to read obvious facts or understand when no law has been broken. He clearly did not take the time to read and understand the bad material given by his client, and as a result the demand letter he wrote was full of factual errors and ridiculous insults. He was in fact so incompetent that it resulted in his client's $15,000 loan being canceled and I required him to make immediate payment in full. Totally his lawyer's fault. His incompetent demand letter only resulted in worse circumstances for his client. He's also been reprimanded for bad behavior by the NC state bar, this is public info. He didn't stop illegally harassing me until I started the process of getting a no contact order through the court and sent cease and desist letters. His secretary, who he makes send all the letters, isn't the sharpest tool in the shed either. More like a bowling ball. She doesn't seem to realize it's not OK to harass somebody just because your boss asked you to. Sometimes you have to tell the boss "NO", because you could be held personally, legally responsible. She was about to get a no contact order herself. I could have pushed harassment charges if I wanted to pursue this. It is a lawyer's responsibility to ensure cases are valid before harassing somebody on behalf of a client. This guy obviously never took an ethics class.

Top notch Realstate attorney. We got into the weeds with a former client and Michael guided us through it all. We have him re-writing all of our relstate contracts. He's worth every dime.
