For the most part, this store has everything i want. And I'm a professional artist, so that says a lot. I've done pickup orders and online orders, and everything has been prepared and shipped without flaws, without problems. There's definitely things they have online that I would prefer they have in-store, but.....what are you going to do?

Nice store for buying art and craft items. They also have a good collection of Christmas decorations

Crafting store with plenty of organized supplies. Framing is the main reason I go and if you're a regular, you make sure you have a coupon.

Will seriously think twice before going back. NJ has banned plastic bags I understand that, but, not paper. I recently purchased 9 items and asked for a bag. I was told that they dont have any. Really? Hobby Lobby here I come.

It’s a nicely equipped store which is fun to shop in. Unfortunately the framing department doesn’t provide clear communication. I asked them if they carried a certain mat, someone told me she would ask her boss. He called back and told me they had the mat. He wasn’t actually asked the question correctly so I went to the store finding the didn’t have it. He said it was because I didn’t remark hi. The question properly. I didn’t think I had to ask it twice. I was told the question in full would be asked once. So they made an error and blamed it on me. That’s not so nice. I wasted time and didn’t get an apology. Oh well.
