Not only is Nicole one of the most knowledgable and helpful attorneys I've ever met, her staff is super helpful. We were having a tough time sorting out family legal issues, and it was a blessing to have found Nicole to help us.

We hired Nicole Wipp to handle will and power of attorney documents for our son who was away at college. We wanted to be sure if something were to happen to him on the opposite side of the state matters would be covered. Since he was not local to the area, and that he was of legal age of 18, he had to contact her office in order to have a phone conference on how he wanted his will and power of attorney set up. She consulted with him on factors he should look at and let him make final decisions on his personal and medical matters. While he was home for Thanksgiving break the only day available to meet was literally on Thanksgiving which she made happen. I know of no other professional who would have taken the time on a weekend let alone a holiday to meet with us and our son to ensure all documents were to his liking and get them signed. Without a doubt I would, and have since, recommended Ms. Wipp to anyone looking for these type of services.

I paid for a consultation with Nicole at her Milford office. I wanted to meet at one of her other offices but every time I called to inquire about an appointment else where I was told they weren't accepting appointments in any other offices at this time. I did go to the first appointment and I didn't like the fact that I was required to provide all my personal information upfront or she wouldn't see me or speak with me. At the end of the meeting we briefly discussed prices and I almost fainted when she started going into the prices, I did my homework and she is overcharging by a long shot. If I would have known the prices ahead of time I wouldn't have spent the money on the consultation fee. My advice? Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Nicole was very professional and helpful. She took the time to make sure my family and I understood all our options. She answered all our questions and always had time for us. I would recommend Nicole to family and friends.
