Migala Law Office

In the month of May 2022, I caught a few assault charges (felony level and some misdemeanors) and was appointed public defender Jason Migala as my defense attorney. He did a good job from the start explaining to me the severity of my offense and what my rights and options were on how to proceed with the case. I had very little hope for the outcome of said case was almost certain I would go in for it. Almost a year later, I'm leaving this review to show my utmost appreciation for his counsel after being dismissed of all charges following the stipulated facts trial he proposed to me and being found not guilty of my charges. Thanks again Jason!!

I hired Jason m in 2019. He is very unprofessional and sarcastic, also very disrespectful to my immigration attorney in which caught his unethical mistake in which he had done on purpose knowing it was a matter of time my husband would cross the boarder and be detained due to Jason's dishonesty and racial ethics. with an open investigation, we found conclusions of Jason "googling" questions we asked that were inaccurate to the state of MN. He was fully aware or should have been of the updated immigration laws. when his actions were brought to the board of attorney with them opening an investigation due to him setting my husband up to be deported and did illegal practices behind closed doors, he is being investigated due to his immoral law abiding attorney practices. I highly recommenced to save your money, he robbed us and never answers his phone calls. video and audio evidence was obtained by the courts and board for disciplinary action. This investigation will take place over the next 10 months from 5/1/2023. PLEASE AVOID THIS CROOKED ATTORNEY!!!!!
