If I could click on zero stars I would, Because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness, passing the buck and dragging his feet. Not to mention should I have mentioned first about the verbal assault as he yelled an cursed at me many times. If your are considering hiring him then as they say buyer beware it will be a waste of time an money. I suggest you think twice an find some where else to go.

Miguel was w me every step of the way through my case. He made sure everything went smooth and answered all my questions I had! Very well worth the time and treat his clients like family!

not recommended, paid $1/2 to start my case, 1 year passed and he never process the case. never answer the call, refused to return money, poor orientation, poor professionalism... i found another lawyer that in 5 month or less, I had that money back and my case closed. thanks to Narváez & Narváez.

By far the worst layer in Rochester first of all his staff doesn’t speak properly English..sat down with him to discuss the situation at first all he had to do was make 1 single phone call and after a month and a half of no reaching him when there and he promised to call to give him a week and so another month gone by and he never call so after I manage to get in contact with him and he saw how Fed up I was then he demanded to pay him in full so he can move forward when money wasn’t a issue and if that was the case why not ask me right at the beginning.. waisted almost 3 months and at the end had to get another layer…
