Worst lawyer I have ever worked with. Absolutely horrible experience. Did zero work on my case. Lied to me to scare me into pleading guilty to something I was not guilty of. Seemed to be more worried about getting out of the case and appeasing the prosecutor than doing his job and proving my innocence despite and overwhelming amount of proof I was, and still am, innocent!!

DO NOT TRUST this lawyer. He was way too friendly with the opposing attorney and the judge on the case. DO NOT TRUST him. He will take your money and ruin your case. He went behind my back and did unspeakable things and took my money to do it. I was the only one who did not know what was going on. He caused great harm. There is no way to ever repair the damage he caused. Because I thought his conduct was intentional, methodical, fraudulent and criminal, that he was not acting as a servant of the court and he did not uphold the law, I reported him to the South Dakota Bar Association. I should have reported him to the American Bar Association. He should have been disbarred for what he did.

Mike is a damn good lawyer and has helped me a few times I'm thankful for him

This man knows his law. An he will fight for you!

He needs to retire and doesn't listen to his clients
