He did a great job helping my mom buy a house and the cost was reasonable.

Called to ask a question after being referred to them, lady on the phone rudely interrupted me, told me they don't handle those cases and hung directly up on me. I'd hate to know what it be like to actually work with this office.

My Experience with Paul was that while he was responsive, he was fast talking, often made me feel rushed during meetings or on the phone and many times overlooked details of my transaction; which required multiple reminders for him to finally close the deal. Upon closing, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he became mad and elevated his voice. To which he apologized. However I would never recommend or use his service again.

I called his office at least 3 times, left him a message and he never called me back. The last time I called the secretary said hold on and I heard Paul Mills in the background and she probably asked him if he can talk to me , he probably said no because she said: " I will leave him a message saying you called 3 times already" needless to say , I did not receive any call back.

Efficient , knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced.
