Slime. I dealt with Bill Miltner on a small case where he lied and held back my money on a settlement case. We agreed to an amount he'd charge on the phone but once we closed the transaction he withheld 3 times that amount. In checking on him after that fact this is his normal way of operating. Either don't deal with him or you need everything in writing.
Called Bill Miltner for help with a client, he was right there willing to do anything he could to help! Couldn't ask for more.
