They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. After having my realtor reach out, finally got an email thread started with several of their employees on it, and After i sent them several emails with a simple question i get no answers. Left many voicemails....Nothing. These ‘Attorneys’ made something that should have taken a week last over 14 months. If you have to deal with them, maybe plan to have another attorney send them a threatening letter. Otherwise youre just throwing your time into a black hole

Been paying off a debt for several years now and even though they take the money on time. Ending the debt for completion has been hard. Reaching they is almost impossible. They don't answer their phones and when I finally reach someone they said they were merging with another firm and would be downsizing and that's why it's hard to each them. Receiving a letter of payoff takes forever and I would avoid paying this firm at all cost and find another company to pay your debt through.. Screen your calls and don't answer your door until you call around and make payment arrangements else where. Because once served paperwork you might be stuck with this firm as we were..

Called and then I selected option 2. Not in service. Is impossible to get in contact with this people. They will collect your money and they disappeared.

Impossible to get in touch.. i think they close the business and they may have scam me :( still searching
