DON'T DO IT!!!! Dan will even charge you to discuss billing statements sent from his office :(. It cost my friend almost $7,000.00 and 2 years of slow unnecessary so called progress to get a divorce that had no kids involved. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Dan also threatened to sue me for this opinion posted here on Google Reviews because Mitko is running for some office and this will make her look bad. REALLY?! CASE CLOSED!!!!

Allows children to be placed in homes of Meagan's law offenders, By far the worst ie .... So called attorney we have ever dealt with, absolutely useless in all matters of child custody, says nothing , does nothing , expensive with zero results and a key player in the game of court. Better to go on your own.

Definitely - Do NOT use this lady for any reason , allows kids to be Court placed into Megan's law offenders house's, never ever use her for custody issues PERIOD.

This lawyer knows the law. I could not be anymore grateful to her and her staff. Dan and Terri went up against pure evil and shady attorneys for my son and I. We thank the staff and definitely would recommend her.
