These people have no respect. They will harass you and charge you for nothing. They refuse to give notes or documentation for charges.
Tim and David are very knowledgeable and experienced with HOA law. I would highly recommend their work alongside your Association as a business partner!
Fundamentally, these are low level bottom feeders. Their unwritten mission statement, for example, is to get money from Senior Citizens by threatening to seize their homes. They destroy any sense of community by eroding trust and lying to stakeholders. They hire low level staff whose incompetence and lack of integrity is painfully obvious. (See other reviews on lack of training and professionalism). I'm writing this not only to protect consumers, but to also caution associations that this law firm will land you in court with lots of additional fees-payable to Moeller Graf, not you. BYPASS this firm and find someone else - ANYONE ELSE - to handle your Association business.
MEGAN O’BRIEN-JENKINS was ready to take a $2000 payment when I only owed $1900. I came back with exact change and she gave me a receipt for a lesser, random amount. She kept trying to count the money out of view under her desk. Super shady! BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING THIS PLACE, DON'T GET STOLEN FROM. This is all because I fell behind in my HOA payments and my account went to Moeller Graf for collections. Its may fault yes, but I was able to pay in full, well, I tried anyway. Shady business, shady employees. UPDATE 12/9: Tried to pay my HOA for a normal next payment. HOA says Moeller Graff told them I still owe them and have a balance. Hahahhaha! How did I guess! I knew that was going to happen! Hopefully that shady employee got fired by now. If you're going to steal, try and be smarter, actually don't steal at all!
