:( Well, good and bad. The bad: she is prone to costly errors. Mistakes are human, but getting her to admit to them so the process can move on was not easy. The good: if you want to be aggressive against a former husband, this is the person for you :)

I would never hire her for an attorney I would never recommend her to anyone. If you ever have her as a mediator on one of your cases I would be very concerned for you, because this person is bias with her recommendations in mediations and she does take sides. She charges you $1,000 for a mediation and you end up throwing your money away because of her taking sides in a case and not being professional at all; so please don't get ripped off by this person she's a scam.

Highly recommended to others! Very knowledgeable! Takes time to help you and your specific requests. Monica is honest and will proudly stand up for what you want. Thank you Monica for being there for our family.

Called to ask about setting up a consultation. A man answered the phone by saying "Office". Not a great way to answer a business line. I told him I wanted to set up a consultation with Monica Baca, he then says " Ooookay.....can I get a name????" Came off very rude. Sad when I had so many people on the ND app recommend this attorney. She needs someone more professional and friendly answering her calls.

Worthless, she is a scam. Don't use her cause she will do u first. Thee worst snake I have ever met. God will judge her one day and I hope he has mercy on her. Sad how she guided this process knowing the opposite lawyer and I lost. The other attorney is now suspended with her licesnse. She wants your money and will take it and eat a better meal and won't prepare for your case
