It’s been a year and a half and moore still hasn’t settled my grandmothers estate. He won’t return phone calls for weeks and just gives a a run around. Only meeting me had was in a back room 3 hours after the office closed for the evening. He claimed to have family photos of ours in his possession, that he still has yet to return as well.

Two years have passed since my FIL's death. The estate should be settled; the house is sold and contents auctioned. Yet part of the estate is still not settled with no explanation. Mr. Moore does not answer emails and is unavailable when we call. The lack of professionalism is inexcusable.

Slow going but will give them the benefit of doubt
