Johnson & Johnson PC

Reviews

Johnson & Johnson represented me. I have had Whitney and Stephanie. Both were great, listened and explained everything. They responded via email and telephone quickly and always kept me up to date on my case. If they didn't think I should proceed a certain way or they thought another route was better, they were upfront and honest about it. Not only would I recommend both of these ladies, I would retain them again if I need a lawyer again.
Andrewe Johnson is as dishonest and unethical an attorney and landlord as they come. If you rent from this man, expect poor service and a shoddy rental unit. He will then charge you for supplies and labor that you can not verify. Example, he charged us in 2017 for close to $300 in paint from Sherwin Williams. A search of customer invoices in the Sherwin Williams system showed NO purchases in 2017 for Andrewe, his wife or his contractor that allegedly did the painting. Even a $7 tester size paint purchased years prior turned into an $8 charge for paint for "touch-ups". Clearly the "touch-up" paint wasn't enough for this college rental, hence the excessively priced purchase of Sherwin Williams paint for everything to be repainted. nnIf you sign more than 1 rental contract with him, be careful about your security deposit return. In order to get most of your money back, you must suck up to this "human" and stroke his ego. Otherwise, he'll consume your deposits in violation of your contract terms. nnAnd if you think you're going to challenge his actions as a landlord, be prepared for him to hire himself (the other half of the criminal enterprise) as an attorney and charge you for it.nnFind someone else to represent you and to rent from.
