As the seller, I received the HUD on the afternoon of closing, it contained several errors including charges without explanation, double entries and incorrect dates for charges. It even had white-out on the final document. It’s the afternoon after closing and still the funds haven’t been wired. Their response was “I’m human” and talk to your attorney. My relator said “hadn’t seen this in 25 years”. They were the buyers attorney, so nothing I could do about their late and typo filled document.
Mrs. Barrow was hired on as my children's Guardian Ad Litem and I could not have asked for anything better. She is absolutely amazing. Thank you so very much.
