Not professional at all. When I asked questions all I was told is I don't know. nI was told a higher price than what my closing was from homemax. I was told I was going the get the difference back. It's been sever weeks now and still no check back. I have contacted homemax where I'm purchasing my modular house about the issue. They told him the check was sent. Two weeks later still no check. I have left another message today. Let's see if I get an answer back!! nThe lawyer made a mistake and charged the land owner for roll back taxes. I am going to use the money that is owed to me to pay the land owner back. nI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS LAWFIRM!!!!
