Website offers to get started via text. Thought this was a great option. I text and waited for a response and waited and waited... I sent a second text and received an apology phone call. "Sorry you fell through the cracks". Waited a bit more then decided to go ahead and give them another shot. I was told I had to get pre-qualified, I passed the test given by a script reading child. I was told that I would be contacted in 24-48 hours from a specific phone #. Waited a week and still nothing. Blessing in disguise I'm sure, these people can't seem to handle much. Idiots.
