He has scammed a lot of people already and is still on his lawyer's license. I will pay you for my paperwork. He did not submit anything, disappeared for months he never answered, then he appears and says that his assistant Ingrid never submitted my application, and he wanted me to pay him more money to fix his mistake. Since I didn't want to, he sent me a letter saying that he wouldn't represent me anymore and that I owe him $1,500 when I don't have any balance. Then his secretary called me threatening that if I don't pay he will send me to collection. I have receipts that I don't have any balance with it, on the contrary it kept my 3700 application and wants more money. If someone wants to meet to make a complaint, let me know. And he still gathers people where he had his office before, and asks everyone for 500 what they are going to see what has happened with his case.@AlejandroS

We hired Moreno to represent us for what was described as a straight-forward adjustment of status case (green card through marriage). After taking our money and documents, Moreno ghosted us for months until we followed up with the Indiana Supreme Court. It was only after a disciplinary complaint was filed that our documents were submitted to USCIS. By this time, our documents were so old they were no longer valid, and we had to hire another immigration attorney to restart the whole process. Throughout this entire ordeal, Moreno and his office hardly ever responded to our phone calls, never responded to our emails, took our money, and ghosted us. We've heard through the grapevine that he was eventually evicted from his office and now no longer has access to our documents (supposedly). We still have not gotten our money back, our immigration process was stymied for ALMOST TWO YEARS, and we have now learned that there are multiple investigations into his legal practice from the Indiana Supreme Court (court files publicly accessible). Maybe their practice used to be good, but now it's utter garbage. Stay as far away as possible!!!

This lawyer has scammed my father and has been ignoring all our calls, emails since November. We have had no real updates since June 2021. We hired him in late April/early may 2021. We never heard anything from them about my husband case for few years now. I tried to call and even left them voicemail and i never receive any call back from them. We had 3 different people held our case and i'm not sure who's doing my husband case right now since we haven't heard from them. They so fast to ask for payments but hard to give us update about the case. Our case started 2018 its already 2022 and now i couldn't get a hold of them.

Marco is a very misleading person who will tell you what you want to hear to get your money. Employers wanting HB-2 visas RUN! 2 years in a row I paid him to get visas and both years he was great to work with and very reassuring until he got paid…then FAILURE. When he spoke on the phone to one of my employees he was rude and told him to hurry up he was not getting paid to talk on the phone. After the first failed attempt he blamed the other attorney that was helping. He acknowledged that they dropped the ball on my application and said he would personally work on my application but the service I got was WORSE. He even missed a scheduled conference call. The first year we succeeded but it was too late and all visas had been awarded. The second try when he was handling it “personally” we never even finished the process. He would not return calls or emails. Terrible service. STAY AWAY!
