Called what I thought was the Columbus office, but I guess I was forwarded to an Orlando answering service. I know I'm just a little guy,and a truck driver at that. You don't have to listen to too many commercials to realize they don't like truck drivers. But after my daughter having a non injury accident (maybe that's it)my insurance company considered it a total loss,over a bumper,and processed to steal my car from my yard without my approval. Now I can't get another estimate because they stole the car. I'm pretty sure the insurance company violated the law with this. But I can't seem to find any help. I'd love to discuss this further, and if I'm wrong, I'd love to be educated. But I do want to belive that I reached out to the help for the little man..

Both my father and sister used Morgan and Morgan after a wreck where the driver didn't have a license. At first everything was okay, but then out of no where, nearly a year later, they got a new lawyer, without telling either of them. They settled my sisters case after a year, almost no problems. Here it is, nearly 2 years after the wreck and my father has still yet to get anything, even though his lawyer, last time he talked to her, his money would be sent in the next few days. Still hadn't gotten anything and everytime he tries to contact the lawyer it tells us the number is blocked. Emails as well. And now recently a lawyer got in touch with him from a different company all together saying that Morgan and Morgan turn his case over to them, again without any notice from Morgan and Morgan. It's absolutely awful andai wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone

My Name is Mary Douglas I was denied my Social Security Disability Benefits three times. I called Morgan & Morgan, in less than 30 minutes a Lawyer called me, after answering a few questions they accepted my case. Two weeks later I had a date set for my Hearing. My Lawyer, MS Patterson and her Secretary MS Alexis where there assisting me every step of the way, I was given their direct numbers if I had any questions, and their direct emails for any paperwork I needed to send. I will not hesitate to use Morgan and Morgan firm if any other situation arrive, I will recommend them to anyone I know need help.

Very disappointed, from all the commercials I really thought I would have a pleasant experience here, but that was not the case, I went through EEOC against a former employer and I received a right to sue letter, I contacted Morgan and Morgan about the case, they turn me down which is ok, the thing that made me mad was in their email of denying me, they said contact us if you received a right to sue letter from EEOC, which is what I had so I call and said I do have the right to sue letter from EEOC, the lady then said yeah we put that in the email it just mean it can help you but we are not obligated to take your case I said I know that but why put that in my email when you know that I already have the right to sue letter that you mention in my denial email? She said we can take your information again that was over a month ago never heard from them again. Being young, black and poor doesn’t mean people can do what they want and get away it, as if Morgan and Morgan agree with the company who discriminated against me yeah she poor and young and to stupid to find legal means to comes after us and Morgan and Morgan mind set was yeah we agreed by the they handle it. It seem ridiculous to email me sorry we can’t take your case but if you get a right to sue letter contact us. Which mean they really didn’t look into my case cause if they did they would have seen i already had the letter they told me to have in order to contact them so yeah it was a huge waste of time and disrespectful and oh btw I have three college degrees with a fourth one pending, it just not a law degree which is why I contacted Morgan and Morgan in the first place.

Lost my brother recently completely unexpected from a botched hernia surgery followed by yet another botched followup emergency surgery. hospital and Physicians are being evasive about answering questions. We have contacted M&M multiple times and was sent through varies channels of switchboard having to rehash the details each time a new person takes our call. It has been frustrating and a very unprofessional experience to say the least. They sent me a text with a link...???? Completely unprofessional with all the scammers today. When I called to verify the text, the lady on the phone spoke broken english, couldn't understand her and she had no knowledge of my case #, which we were given when we first inquired. Despite spending hours on the phone with the switch board so called case representatives..we still have yet to have an actual attorney call us. The emailed us a 15 page document to sign with no explanation disclosure. I even went as far as to file a complaint on the website portal requesting to be contacted.... And none has contacted me or even responded to-my email. My personal opinion is they have franchised out the original firm and it has impacted their customer service negatively... in short they have gotten to big for their britches and lost sight of their clients welfare and most likely their reach as well. At this point I am recommended that our family reach out to yet another firm who has our welfare at interest. They have given us no discloser as to the process of their services. I assume they are expecting clients to just trust them at their word. And sign whatever they send out. Mmm... these are attorneys. Im sure Ill get some pathetic reply and excuse to my review, rather than actually doing their job ,, Im very disappointed and discourage in moving forward with this firm. I would prefer to set an appointment, sit down and speak with an attorney in person rather than being herded around in circles like cattle by their so called representatives . Completely incompetent and unprofessional up to this point. Still waiting.......
