Morgan and Morgan, P.A.

I wanted to take the time and update this review. My experience has been very positive. There were a few hiccups in the early stages of the process. But since Evelyn M. has been on the team things have been running very efficiently and smoothly. She is always sending me updates and has been very responsive. Grateful for her and the folks who negotiate with the providers to maximize our returns. They did a great job. Thanks Morgan and Morgan and Evelyn M. for being on point and a great communicator.

Black people, please find a Black owned accident law firm. My experience with Morgan & Morgan was horrible. I was in the car with my kids, driving in my lane with the right of way. Someone made a half U-turn in front of me, partially entered the side, and I swerved to avoid them—but they still hit my car. The police report somehow claimed we were both at fault. Morgan & Morgan immediately stopped fighting for me after that. They told me there was nothing more they could do. Aren’t they supposed to be defending me? Their team showed no compassion. Their de-escalation skills were awful, and Faydra, one of their assistants or support staff, was incredibly rude. This was an emotional time for me. Instead of handling the situation with grace, she told me she had nothing else to say because I wasn’t being understanding. What kind of customer care is that? Worst law firm ever. Please—I beg you—do not use them unless your case is easy. They will not fight for you. No one could even explain how I was at fault when the other driver turned into my lane. I mentioned that I felt the officer may have known the other driver, and she quickly replied, “No.” How would she even know that? That kind of information wouldn’t be disclosed. If you're Black, especially a Black woman, go somewhere else. Protect yourself and find someone who will actually advocate for you.

Hassanah at the Peachtree Blvd downtown Atlanta was phenomenal. She was very efficient, professional, knowledge compassionate, caring and just a wonderful employee of Morgan and Morgan. She really went above and beyond her duties. John was my attorney he also was very professional, informational and determined to get me the most compensation as possible. Cathy was helpful as well. Great job Atlanta office definitely will refer and use them again!!!!

So far, they have been most wonderful They are totally and most likely trained professionals and get the job done. Thank you Morgan and Morgan for all your support and help with me and my Social Security benefits. God bless you and have a wonderful day

Horrible law firm.I have never spoken to a lawyer, only case managers, of which they have changed 3 times. I was told several times to hold out the insurance company was trying to low ball me.The case manager calls to tell me they can't get the insurance company to go any higher,and that the lawyer said it wasn't worth going to court. The case manager told me that since the settlement was so low that they would just drop the case, and not charge me the 40%,and I could just deal with the insurance company myself. I called the insurance adjuster,and she said that Morgan &Morgan was a joke. She also told me that the lawyer put a lein on my settlement for the 40% and additional fees. I have called Morgan&Morgan several times now to get them to explain why they did this,and they won't return my call.
