The intake assessment evaluator for my case was very knowledgeable and was very caring and polite. Great to work with and got my case assigned to one of their attorneys and provided me a case number without delay. Highly recommend them for your Personal Injury claims!

My attorney Ian and all of his staff did a fantastic job for me. I did not have a very large case but they treated me as an equal to any case they had!!! Communication was great, I don't have enough kind words for Ian Boettcher!!!!

Awful experience. Our attorney was Nathan Nelson, based in Orlando Florida. He did no preparation before the mediation, never called before hand to have a conversation about how I was feeling or doing. Basically looked at my case as a low end “money maker” to get me in and out the door so he could make as much as he could in as little time. Do not recommend Morgan and Morgan, they are not for the people they are for the money!!!!

Please read before you make a decision. Morgan and Morgan is the most advertised Lawyer out there. If you go to court don't be surprised on the look of the jury when you say my lawyer is Morgan and Morgan. They will promise you everything and send you Ads to justify why they think they are the best. Truth is they are only looking out for themselves. Took over 4 years before my case was presented in court. On a slip and fall. My lawyer did nothing. The insurance company that my lawyer was going against definitely had a better lawyer as she presented evidence to try to disclaim what I was saying. Even though I've had pictures of prior to my incident and after they fixed the incident. My lawyer never asked for records or receipts of when these procedures were done or when the company was paid or contacted to have it done. He never tried to disclaim the insurance witness or any of their evidence. could go on. Also know the Florida law about hi low offer.
