I had my accident December 20,2021… I just received my settlement October 10,2023! My original settlement amount is no where near the amount I received! I’ve had a hard time depositing my checks or even trying to cash them! No customer service to assist with the issues! Accounting obviously don’t answer the phone to verify the check and funds ????I don’t even feel that my attorney tried to get me the most he can get for me and my son! I did have two other patrons in the accident that went with a different lawyer and got paid from the man policy in 2022 and offered me the remaining amount, which I was suppose to got more than that.I broke my wrist and had broken bones in two of my fingers! I drove a BMW 328 and it was totaled! The guy who hit me knew he was in the wrong so I think I am going to look into suing him for what I feel I didn’t get from my lawyer! I accepted the offer because I was tired of going through it with my lawyer and not able to get in contact with him or his assistant! Next time if I had to deal with the law firm, I want Morris Bart himself to represent me and I want to be on the commercial saying that Morris Bart himself got me 125,000 or more ???? overall the incentives as a client is good! I thought this time I would be on a commercial and still want to be on one because I have a personality for it! Morris, hit me up ???????? All respect is still given, just show ya girl some love ??
