WARNING!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE KROOKS!!! I declined to hire Cozen O'Connor because I was unsatisfied with answers I received to several questions I had regarding an estate issue. I paid my initial consultation bill in full but when I declined to hire them I received an email with no invoice, just blankly stating that since I declined to go with them I owed them $420. When I asked what this charge was for they were unable to provide details or an invoice for several days and when they did finally cook one up it was very generic and said for "calls and emails" which had never been mentioned once verbally or in writing as to my being charged above and beyond the contract I had already fulfilled. When I challenged Atty. Howie Krooks on this matter he insulted me and told me he was sending me to collections.

We used this law firm in 2017-2018 to handle the rather complex settlement of my mother's trust which dated back to 1995 in Florida. We needed to do this all from Texas where we live and where my mother had lived for the last 10 years of her life. We were able to manage everything, including contact of and communication with long, lost beneficiaries, from our home through phone conversations and email.
