Does not notify clients about any change. Laurel in payment accounts is rude and impatient. No email or mail came to home and notify me about any changes regarding my case. When called for more explanation only received disrespectful response and a higher payment. This place doesn’t operate professionally or in a timely manner. They claim Nothing is their fault and there’s nothing they can’t do. PLEASE DO NOT ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THEM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO.

Customer service sucks!! They talk to you like you're a child

I have an account with this firm and I have never had a problem with them.The staff and attorneys are very nice and professional. I feel as if some people expect to be treated well after they mistreat the staff and they don't need to tolerate rude and disrespectful defendants. People need to practice what they preach and treat others as they would like to be treated. ?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The website says that they will process payments over the phone. False. Website also says, there is an option to log in and review your account and balance. False also. Once I am done with this company, I will be so thankful and pray that I will never ever have to deal with them again.

The biggest problem that I have with this firm is that I'm paying on a lawsuit that was cleared in court that it was not my fault and charges dismissed but because I was not notified of the law sue by this firm I did not appear in court and they won by default. So of the 5000 that I owe, I've paid most of it off but because I was not regular on my payments the amount goes back to the original amount..guess if I don't have a job I'll be paying them the rest of my life
