I tried following up numerous times to understand the status of my case, however communication was slow to non-existent. It was at the point where I drove 40 minutes to their office to try to seek any kind of update. When I inquired I was given the run around, and felt as though my concerns were dismissed. A simple email, call or even text would have helped give peace of mind during this process, I was give no such thing. I received a follow up call only to be told I can't be satisfied. I don't feel like they honestly wanted my business. To any potential customers of this firm STAY AWAY.... your business will not be appreciated!
