Poor customer service and a joke of a sales team. What is the point of calling multiple times, being transferred to the "Sales Team" only to get a voicemail? You'd think an actual sales team wouldn't let the phone ring more than once before answering the phone! Not these guys. They like to lose out on new business opportunities. I've listened to a recorded prompt more than an actual, living, breathing human being.
