Motsinger Law & Mediation

We hired Ms. Motsinger a couple years ago to handle a custody case involving my abused child. Ms. Motsinger chose to not only get all buddy-buddy with my child's abuser (apparently they're on a first-name basis), but failed to verify any of his claims, simply taking them at face-value. She ignored all of our evidence, including statements from both law enforcement and medical professionals, and lied to my child's face, telling them "I believe you" when the report she eventually gave stated otherwise. Because of Ms. Motsinger's negligence and unethical behavior, my child went on to continue to be abused by the other parties, culminating in a physical assault that left my child battered and bloody. I absolutely do not recommend Ms. Motsinger for anything, least of all for keeping your child safe.

I referred a relative to Ms Motsinger for a post divorce issue. She handled his case professionally and directed him through the court process. Her assistant Marilyn was always available and helpful as well. Additionally I referred a friend who gave very positive reports of her work.

SHE JUST WANTS JUDGES AND ITGER LAWYERS TO LIKE HER EVEN IF IT MEAN SCREWING OVER HER PAYING CLIENT.IF YOU HAVE HER DUMP HER.IF YOU READ THIS BEFORE RETAINING...RUN..GET ANYINE ELSE OR DI IT YOUR SELF..SHE COST US A lOT OF MONEY. MITZI WE HAVE NOTHING GOID TO SAY ABOUT YOU.

I found Mitzi to be professional and caring. She kept me informed on the progress throughout the process. I have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

Mitzy is vet compassionate about her job. Unfortunately my case has been shuffled around so much by other attorneys and living on disability I can not move forward. Had I only started with Mitzy things would be different. Highly recommend
