Third time financing with Mr. Cooper. Was treated professionally and courteously. The loan application was very smooth from beginning to closing.

Not my first rodeo buying a home but it was absolutely the best experience ever dealing with both Paul and Liz. They are a top notch team and guided us seamlessly through the entire process from beginning to end. We are extremely happy we chose Mr. Cooper as our lender and are looking forward to enjoying our new home which they helped us secure! Thank you Paul and Liz!

The process was completed without delays of any kind. It was easy to complete. Doug and Jay kept us up on all we needed to do and was easy to contact if we had questions. They always made us feel comfortable. I certainly give them two 5 stars. The part that I cannot give 5 stars to is the way the "Drive By" appraisal was handled. I could go on about it for awhile but I won't. We do not like the way it was done.

Wade was on top of the entire process, which definitely let a level of comfort settle in. Always very respectful and courteous when speaking to him on the phone. Wade did an incredible job communicating and making himself available. He's also very knowledgeable and if he didn't know an answer to a question he quickly did his due diligence and returned a response quickly. I really appreciate all of his help and assistance, especially when dealing with a large investment like buying a home. He exceeded all expectations. In the end I always knew where I was in the process and that went a long way with me.

We had a great experience with. Mr. Cooper loans. It was great to be able to get a loan for remodeling without losing our very low mortgage rate! It was fast and. Easy, and were were informed every step of the way what we needed to do. Highly recommend.
