Was almost like I didn’t have an attorney. My wife handled my parole hearing preparation more then he did so guess I should have paid her. He wasn’t confident in anything, horrible communication, would say he’s been talking to my parole officer then she would come see me and say she hasn’t heard from him and even called my wife yelling at her for asking a question she was curious about. Years ago I use to hear good things about him but that’s no longer the attorney he is today

Rating one star because it won’t let me do ZERO. This man is an incompetent LIAR . We paid him a lot of money on FALSE promises to get my mom out of prison. A woman who has never been in prison before and was denied on her parole hearing. He made us believe that the parole board was leaning in her favor. And that he had an in with one of the people on the board. And she got denied. I would NEVER recommend him or this law office to anybody, save your money and your hope and put it on an attorney who will actually do what he says and not sugar coat things. He makes things sound good just to get paid. He doesn’t actually care if your love ones get released!

I reached out to them through email to require assistance in getting off of parole and they lied to me saying the governor wasn't signing off on parole anymore when the governor has absolutely nothing to do with the parole system and getting off of parole. If they didn't want to take the case they should have just said so instead of offering such a blatant falsehood. Shame on them.

5 stars is not enough! Dale was able to make things happen that multiple other attorneys said were not possible. And he did it quickly!! Answered every question, every call and every text!! Don’t look any further! HE IS THE BEST!!

Mr. Heisch brings a refreshing difference to what many of us expect from typical attorneys. He has many years experience working with the parole board, as many parole attorneys do. Just as with any parole attorney, they cannot guarantee parole in any way, although I do believe the presentation they make to the board does help as the board members and commissioners can ask questions they may have instead of going over just a packet. What sets Mr. Heisch apart is that he is the best communicator I have ever seen in an attorney. He gives his clients his cell phone number and always answers or returns calls even from clients who are incarcerated as he adds himself to their phone list as an attorney. Mr. Heisch followed through from my release approval till the day I was out of the halfway house, all the way home. He was quick to get an unexpected error corrected in my release conditions which was extremely important to get fixed. I would recommend him to anyone simply because I have heard others complain about the lack of communication from other parole attorneys.
